The Next AI Lab and other Curated 360 experiences will display confirmed dates, venues, pricing and availability only when those details are real.

Event interest forms indicate interest or waitlist intent. They do not guarantee a seat until registration details are confirmed.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and protect confidential details shared by other participants.

Cancellation, transfer and participation terms will be provided with confirmed event registration details.
